Once ready, your order will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked delivery, with free UK delivery included on every order.

As every Mewseum is personalised and handmade specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or there is a fault with your order.
We take great care when creating and preparing every Mewseum for delivery. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
